Coaching Program

Training builds knowledge. Coaching builds skill.

Strengthening your internal investigation process takes more than training. It takes real-world practice with expert guidance alongside you.

Campus Integrity Group's Investigator Coaching Program is a hands-on mentorship experience designed for schools and youth-serving organizations that want to strengthen the skills of their internal investigators. Rather than learning in a classroom setting, your investigator learns by doing, with our experienced consultants working with them through an actual case.

Here's how it works: our team reviews the case file and helps develop the investigative plan from the start, identifying and prioritizing witnesses, locating and collecting evidence, and working through any roadblocks that arise along the way. We'll review the investigator's interview outlines in advance, offering guidance and suggestions before interviews begin. During interviews, we serve as note-takers and active participants, stepping in to ask follow-up questions or address anything that may have been missed. After each interview, we provide real-time feedback and coaching so the investigator can apply what they've learned immediately..

At the conclusion of the case, we provide a comprehensive evaluation of the investigator's performance, highlighting strengths and identifying areas for continued growth.

The result is an investigator who is more confident, more thorough, and better equipped to handle future cases, and a school with greater capacity to conduct quality, defensible investigations from within.

Who This Program Is For

  • Schools and institutions that are building an internal investigative function for the first time, whether that means a newly designated investigator or a team just getting started.

  • Administrators, counselors, and others who have taken on investigative responsibilities and want to strengthen their skills and confidence.

  • Experienced investigators looking to deepen their expertise in specific areas, such as Title IX procedures, best practices for interviewing children across a range of ages and developmental abilities, evidence handling and organization, strategies for complex or high-profile cases, working with combative respondents, and trauma-informed approaches.

  • Attorneys who are guiding a client through a sex abuse investigation or allegation and want experienced support alongside them.

  • Districts and organizations that need a higher level of investigative support but are looking for a more cost-effective alternative to bringing in an outside investigator for every case.

Whatever your starting point, our coaching program meets your investigator where they are and builds from there.
